Recently purchase the iqoo neo 10 for gaming but in 90fps gaming I facing high heating issue due to the heat fps will reduced to 60 and game image quality, image upscale options also automatically turn off,so I visit the service centre they tell don't play games more then 30 min and without AC you cannot play game in this device

iQOO will promote the device with most stable 90fps but it will not stable in 30 minutes it will reach 47 degree after that the options provide in ultra game mode will be automatically disabled and in service centre they tell due to bgmi server heat your frame will reduced so contact bgmi 

So i collect the job seat they take the temperature of the phone without using any task even the network also turn off everyone will knows without any task mobile will not heat when the mobile will reach 54 degree then only they consider as a over heat 

So my request don't buy iqoo neo 10 for gaming that is the worst device of iqoo 

I raise the complaint in the iqoo support in 12-06-2025 my mobile purchase date is 10-06-2025 still I didn't get any solution for this
