Charging issue iQOO 13

Recently we have received an update to set a limit for charging in iQOO 13. I have plugging into charger 3 times since I received the update but all the time my charging went above the limit. The experience is so worst. We have purchased an flagship phone it cost me 60k. I appreciate about the device but the issue we users are facing are not so good. Please have a look into it we users are really unhappy about it we don't want a troubleshooting we tried everything no power button is pressing no volume button is pressing no heating nothing then too our phone went on auto re-start please resolve it within a days. It's a humble request we know this is a good phone but at the early stage it's giving us this much trouble so what we will cost in future?
