Qualcomm has announced it will host Snapdragon XR Day in India on July 21 to showcase the future of AR (Augmented Reality), VR (Virtual Reality), and MR (Mixed Reality) technologies, together called XR (Extended Reality). This event is part of the company’s “Snapdragon for India” initiative.
The event will take place in New Delhi, where Qualcomm will highlight how Snapdragon platforms power smart glasses, spatial computing devices, and immersive experiences. The company will also demonstrate practical XR uses in education, entertainment, fitness, and health, aiming to show how these technologies can improve everyday life.
Qualcomm plans to gather developers, partners, and device makers during XR Day to discuss future collaborations in XR technology. After XR Day, Qualcomm will also host Snapdragon Auto Day on July 30 to showcase its in-vehicle technology and connected-car experiences in India.
