Title: Alarm Not Ringing at Scheduled Time – Rings Only After Opening Clock App

Description of the Issue:
Whenever I set an alarm on my iQOO device using the default Clock app, it does not ring at the scheduled time. I have tested this multiple times with different alarm times and settings (volume, vibration, ringtone, etc.), but the result is always the same – the alarm simply doesn’t ring at the time it’s supposed to.
However, when I open the Clock app manually and navigate to the Alarm section, all the previously set alarms suddenly start ringing one after another, non-stop. It feels like the system had kept them queued and only executes them once the app is opened.

Expected Behavior:
The alarm should ring automatically at the exact scheduled time without needing to open the Clock app.
Alarms should function properly even if the app is closed or the screen is off.

Actual Behavior:
Alarm does not ring at the scheduled time.
When I open the Clock app manually and go to the Alarm tab, all the set alarms start ringing together.
It only works if the Clock app is opened after the scheduled time, which defeats the purpose of an alarm.

Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Open the default Clock app.
2. Set one or more alarms for a future time.
3. Close the Clock app and lock the phone.
4. Wait for the alarm time – it will not ring.
5. After the time has passed, open the Clock app and go to the Alarm tab.
6. All set alarms will start ringing simultaneously.
Troubleshooting Tried:-
Cleared cache of Clock app.
Ensured "Do Not Disturb" is turned off.
Verified app has permission to run in background.
Battery optimization for Clock app is disabled.
Restarted the phone.
Still, issue persists.
Request: Please look into this issue and provide a fix in the upcoming software update. Alarms are a critical function and should work reliably without requiring manual intervention.
