📢 Message to iQOO & BGMI Support Teams
Subject: Contradictory Statements Regarding 120 FPS Support on iQOO Neo 9 Pro in BGMI
Dear Support Team,
I’m writing to raise a concern about the recent removal of the 120 FPS (Ultra Extreme+) option in BGMI for my iQOO Neo 9 Pro device following the 3.9 update.
According to the official iQOO Care response, the issue is not caused by any hardware or system abnormality and is linked to unexpected behavior after the BGMI game update. iQOO also mentioned that they are actively working with the game developer to resolve it.
However, the official statement on BGMI’s website says the 120 FPS setting has been disabled based on iQOO’s recommendation, citing performance concerns. They also direct users back to iQOO for further support.
This creates a clear contradiction between the two official statements, with each party shifting the responsibility to the other. As a user, this is not only confusing but also disappointing, especially when:
PUBG Global still supports 120 FPS on the same iQOO Neo 9 Pro device
The hardware (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) is more than capable of handling it
I kindly request a transparent and joint clarification from both iQOO and BGMI/Krafton regarding:
The actual reason for the removal of 120 FPS support
Whether it will be re-enabled in future updates
What steps are being taken to resolve this issue
