Let's get into the topic. Everyone uses Google service on their phones for sure. Many people use plenty of Google services without knowing its features. Google has already released plenty of features to enrich the user experience on Android smartphones. Again, Google has released many features recently such as Live Transcribe, the addition of features in Gboard for emojis, changes in messaging app, and a better portrait mode for photos. Live Transcribe seems to be more interesting.

Live Transcribe app is now available in Play Store.  Most of them must have used Google translate for translation of images, text, etc. Live Transcribe is almost similar to Google Translate. For Live translation of languages, internet connectivity was needed since speech recognition and live transcription happened at the same time. Rejoice, things have changed now. Users can now live transcribe without internet connectivity.

In Android 12, the Live caption feature was introduced which required internet connectivity to perform. With the intro of the Live Transcribe app in the play store, users will be able to see the text with help of the speech recognition algorithm developed by Google. Think of speaking a conversation with your friends. Live transcribe will be able to translate it into the desired language for more convenience.

Live Transcribe feature will be useful for those who have poor internet connectivity in their areas or no internet connectivity. Live Transcribe also works when Airplane mode is turned on. So, you don't need to worry about its usage scenario. This app will be more helpful for people with disability. The app will be able to detect sounds round in their surroundings, alert users when the calling bell is rung.

As of now, the Live Transcribe app contains limited languages. You need to download the language pack so that live transcribe can work in offline mode. More languages will be added soon by Google.
