We have received feedback from iQOO Neo 9 Pro users that the 120FPS (Ultra Extreme) option in BGMI is no longer available for use post the update of the game to version 3.9.

It has always been our top priority to ensure all our users get the best gaming experience. Our teams are working around the clock to ensure the device is optimised to deliver 120 FPS in the latest version of BGMI.

In the meantime, if you haven't yet explored the 'Game Frame Interpolation' feature available in your device settings, we recommend trying it for a smoother gameplay experience:

In-game > Open Game Sidebar > Game Tools > Game Frame Interpolation
