Hello, the bokeh effect background blur doesn't work on Neo 9. I set it to all apertures up to f1.0, restarted the phone, cleared data the camera app, but still the bokeh effect on video mode still doesn't work.

there is also no portrait video on neo 9 so this is the only option left to do background blur
