Dear iQOO Support Team,

I am facing a serious battery drain issue on my iQOO Neo 9 Pro (12GB RAM variant). Despite charging my phone to around 65% in the morning and using it only intermittently throughout the day, the battery drained completely by mid-day, which is highly unusual.

According to the battery stats:

Time since last charge: 17 hours

Screen-on time: Only 4 hours 34 minutes

No heavy gaming or continuous usage


This level of drain on a device with a 5160mAh battery and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor is unacceptable. It seems the phone is consuming excessive battery in the background or has a system-level issue.
