Hello Iqoo Support Team,

I have Some Issues Regarding My New Iqoo Neo 10R Camera, It's not working as Expected,

Camera's Sharpness Isn't Satisfying, Low Light Quality is not good Either, & Also the Selfie Camera Is not capturing light properly,

I previously owned Iqoo neo6 when I compare my neo6 with my brand new 10r my neo 6 selfie

& Rear camera working very good compared to 10r, But the hardware of 10r is much batter than neo6 so I think this is an software issue please provide solution regarding my 10r camera problems:-

1. Selfie Camera Not Processing and Capturing light Enough, Face isn't Bright in Front Camera, Whenever taking selfie 10r make faces little Dull, Sharpness isn't good enough, taking little Noisy Photos Same problem with main camera

2. When I am taking pictures from main camera 

It didn't get good information on subjects Shadows, 10R making Shadows dark not getting enough exposure

3. Some time Highlight Control isn't working properly, it making subjects faces over expose

4. When I am taking 2x Potrait 10R not Doing the Job in Potrait, Blur, Sharpness & Highlight Control Can Be better.

5. 10R Low Light Performance isn't Satisfying,

Low light Sharpness Can be batter.

6. In terms of 4k Videos, Main camera Crop the Subjects compare to Other phones, Dynamic Range Can be batter, OIS is jittery Compare to Others & Not Stabilize When subject run or walk fast.

7. Main camera Crop The Photos & Main cameras Dynamic Range range isn't wide Enough. Shadows and Highlight Cantrol Isn't good Compared to Others.

8. 50MP camera isn't Support HDR

9. Selfie Camera Problem in Smoothness, Texture, Highlight Control, Struggle in Backlight Processing, Edge detection Isn't working Properly,

Please Iqoo Support Team Don't overlook and fix my 10r camera problems
