I am using an iQOO Neo 10R and have had no issues until recently. My default browser is Google Chrome. However, in the last 2–3 days, I have started facing multiple problems:
1. iQOO Browser Notifications
• The iQOO browser has started bombarding me with notifications, even though I have never used it as my default browser.
• I have tried force stopping the app, clearing cache and storage data, and removing all permissions.
• Despite this, the browser automatically regains permissions after some time (or the next day) and resumes sending spam notifications.
2. Severe Battery Drain
• The battery is draining much faster than before, to the point that it feels like using a 2–3-year-old phone.
• Earlier, a full charge would easily last more than a day, even with heavy usage and mobile data turned on most of the time.
• Now, battery life has dropped significantly without any change in usage habits.
3. Missing Battery Charge Limit Feature
• My sister recently bought an iQOO Z10x 5G, which costs much less than my iQOO Neo 10R, yet her phone has the battery charge limit feature.
• This feature is missing from my device, despite it being more than twice the price of hers.
• This feels unfair and gives the impression of inconsistent treatment across iQOO devices.
