🌿 Significance of Janmashtami

According to Hindu tradition, Lord Krishna was born at midnight on the eighth day (Ashtami) of the Krishna Paksha in the month of Bhadrapada. His birth symbolizes the victory of good over evil, as he came to protect the righteous and defeat injustice.

🪔 Traditions & Celebrations

Devotees observe fasting and break it at midnight after the birth rituals.

Temples and homes are decorated beautifully with flowers and lights.

Idols of Bal Gopal (infant Krishna) are placed in cradles and worshipped with love.

Dahi Handi celebrations, inspired by Krishna’s childhood of stealing butter, bring joy and energy to the day.

Bhajans, kirtans, and recitations from the Bhagavad Gita spread spiritual vibes.

💭 Teachings of Lord Krishna

Lord Krishna’s words in the Bhagavad Gita continue to inspire humanity. His core message was simple yet powerful – perform your duty with devotion, stay detached from the results, and always walk the path of righteousness.

🙏 Wishing You a Blessed Janmashtami

On this divine occasion, may the blessings of Shri Krishna fill your life with love, peace, happiness, and spiritual wisdom.

🌸 Jai Shri Krishna 🌸
