Dear iQOO Customer Support,
My name is Fardeen Khan, and I am writing to bring to your attention a serious and ongoing issue I have been facing with my iQOO Neo 10 device for the past three months.
The phone has a persistent fogging issue in the camera lens. As soon as I open the camera—whether the default one or third-party apps like Open Camera—moisture or fog appears inside the lens, making it impossible to capture clear photos or videos.
Here’s a timeline of events:
The device was initially sent for repair, but the issue was not resolved.
Later, the phone was replaced by your service center due to the same fogging problem.
Unfortunately, the replacement unit is also facing the same issue.
On 16th August 2026, I visited the service center again to get the device repaired, but even after servicing, the fogging continues.
Now I have been told again that the device will be replaced once more.
I must emphasize that I am no longer interested in another replacement of the same model, as this issue seems to be a design or manufacturing flaw in the iQOO Neo 10 series itself.
Additionally, I have been facing very poor customer service:
No one from the service center answers calls.
When I visit the service center, the staff behave rudely and unprofessionally, especially Kailash Sir, Chandan Sir, and Nishi Ma'am. They do not treat customers with respect or provide satisfactory solutions.
After multiple failed attempts to resolve this issue and a consistently disappointing experience with customer care, I kindly request the following:
Either a full refund of my purchase amount, or
An exchange with a different iQOO model (latest and close to the same price range), which does not have the same issue.
I sincerely hope that iQOO values its customers and takes appropriate action to resolve this matter. I request you to treat this issue as urgent and respond at the earliest.
