Complaint: iQOO Neo 10 Auto Shutdown Issue

Hello iQOO Team,

I recently purchased the iQOO Neo 10, and I am very disappointed with the performance. I am not a heavy user — I mostly use the phone for social media, watching movies, and making calls.

However, while the phone was charging and I was simply using Instagram, it automatically switched off on its own. This is very frustrating and unacceptable for a new device.

I request you to please look into this issue immediately and provide a solution, as I trusted the iQOO brand when purchasing this phone.
