Hey Questers!

When it comes to outdoor photography, light is everything. Two magical windows of natural light are loved by photographers worldwide—Golden Hour and Blue Hour.

🌅 Golden Hour

Occurs right after sunrise and just before sunset.

Light is soft, warm, and golden.

Perfect for:

Portraits with flattering skin tones

Landscapes with glowing skies

Street shots with dreamy highlights

📌 Tip: Face your subject towards the sun for silhouettes, or use side lighting for depth and drama.

🌌 Blue Hour

Happens before sunrise and just after sunset, when the sun is below the horizon.

Light is cool, bluish, and moody.

Perfect for:

Cityscapes with glowing lights

Long exposures (smooth water, light trails)

Night sky transitions

📌 Tip: Use a tripod to avoid blur—light is dim, but results are worth it!

⚖️ Golden vs. Blue Hour

Golden Hour = warmth, emotion, and storytelling.

Blue Hour = mood, mystery, and elegance.

Both have their magic, it depends on the vibe you want.

💡 Pro Trick

Combine both! Start shooting during Golden Hour and continue into Blue Hour.

You’ll capture two moods in one session without moving locations.
