Hello iQO0 Team & Community,

I'm facing a persistent audio issue on my iQO0 13. No matter what type of headphones I use - whether:

Bluetooth neckband or TWS

...the overall volume output is low, especially for dialogues and vocals in movies or games. I often need to raise the volume to 90-100%, and even then, the audio lacks clarity or feels underpowered.

Things I've already tried:

Checked Audio Balance and Developer Options (USB audio routing, Absolute Volume)

Used multiple media apps (VLC, MX Player, Spotify)

Verified different earphones/headphones on other phones (they work fine elsewhere)
