I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction regarding a persistent issue with my phone, which I purchased via Amazon on September 27th. This is the fourth or fifth time I have had to contact customer support about this problem.
The phone has been experiencing significant battery drain and overheating issues since I purchased it. Following advice from one of your support executives, I visited your service center on Gangapur Road in Nashik. The technicians reset my phone and advised me to monitor it and return if the issues persisted.
Unfortunately, the problems remained unchanged. I revisited the service center, and they requested that I leave the device for observation. It has now been three days since my phone was left at the service center so i today called them the lady told me that it will take them more 2 days for the observation and then they will give me solution to my problem, do you guys take us for a joke?
here's what I was told, if the phone has hardware issues I will get a replacement, but now they're saying they needed equipment to repair it or check it waoh! so you telling me that you don't have equipments to check the heating issue for a phone brilliant IQOO
I want a new replacement tomorrow 7th october otherwise please give my money back!
I would never buy a freaking product from IQOO or VIVO shit service
