India's favourite payment system, UPI, is getting a 🔥 futuristic twist — now you can approve payments using Face ID or Fingerprint, no PIN required (for transactions up to ₹5,000)! Let's decode this upgrade in 60 seconds 👇

🚀 What's New?

UPI will soon enable biometric authentication — allowing you to use your phone's face unlock or fingerprint sensor to complete payments.

No more typing that 4-digit PIN each time! 🙌

⚙️ How to Activate It (Once Available):

1️⃣ Update your UPI app (Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm etc.)

2️⃣ Go to Settings → Security → Biometric Authentication

3️⃣ Enable Face ID / Fingerprint for UPI Payments

4️⃣ Verify via Aadhaar OTP or bank credentials

5️⃣ Done! You're ready for PIN-free payments under ₹5,000 💥

(NPCI says users will always have the option to stick with their existing PIN method if they prefer.)
