I've been a proud user of the iQOO Neo 7 5G, and I truly appreciate the performance and overall user experience this phone delivers. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the software update policy and my strong interest in the new Origin OS 6.

The Neo 7 5G originally shipped with Funtouch OS 13, and its 2-year OS update policy has now been completed. But since other models like the iQ00 7 and a few others have received bonus OS updates beyond their official policy, I kindly request you to consider extending the same gesture to the Neo 7 5G by providing the Origin OS 6 update.

The Neo 7 5G has capable hardware that can easily handle the new OS, and many users (including me) would be genuinely excited to experience Origin OS. This move would not only enhance user satisfaction but also strengthen iQOO's brand image by showing that the company values long-term support and loyalty from its customers.

I purchased this phone for around ₹30,000 - a premium price and extending one more OS update would show that iQOO continues to stand by its users even after the standard policy period. It would make a huge positive impact on customer trust and retention.

Thank you for considering this feedback. I, along with many other Neo 7 users, would truly appreciate if Origin OS 6 could be made available for our device as an extra year of OS support.
