I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the latest system update (Version:

PD2232F_EX_A_15.2.16.0.W30 - Funtouch OS 15 /

Android 15) on my iQ00 Neo 7 Pro. After installing this update, I have been facing several serious issues that have severely affected the phone's overall performance and user experience.

Issues noticed after update:

1. Touch Response: The touch sensitivity and response have noticeably reduced, causing delays and mis- taps.

2. Camera Quality: The image and video quality have degraded, with less sharpness and clarity compared to before the update.

3. Battery Performance:

Charging time has increased significantly.

Battery drains faster even with normal usage.

4. Performance Lag:

Social media apps lag and stutter.

Heavy frame drops and stuttering in games like BGMI and COD.

5. Network Connectivity: Mobile network signal reception and stability have worsened.

6. Heating Issue: The phone heats up quickly even with light usage like browsing or social media.

Before this update, the device was performing excellently in all aspects, but now the experience has become frustrating and disappointing. This is by far the worst update I have received on this device.

I request you to take immediate action to fix these problems by providing an optimized and stable update at the earliest. Or else solve the issue with extra android 16 and origin OS update. 

Please consider this as a high- priority concern, as it is directly impacting the usability and performance of the device.
