The official rollout timeline for OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 is here. Vivo and iQOO have shared a detailed schedule for when different devices will receive the update, starting as early as November 2025.

For iQOO users, the rollout begins with the iQOO 13 in early November, followed by the iQOO 12 in mid-November. By mid-December, the Neo series joins in, including iQOO Neo 10, Neo 10R, and Neo 9 Pro.

From the first half of 2026, a wide range of iQOO devices including the iQOO 11, Z10 5G, Z10R 5G, Z10x 5G, Z9 5G, Z9s Pro 5G and Z9s 5G will also start receiving the update.

On the Vivo side, the rollout begins with X Fold 5, X200 Pro, X200, X200 FE and V60 in early November. The X Fold3 Pro and X100 series follow in mid-November, with V and T series updates scheduled for mid-December. Broader device support continues into the first half of 2026.

OriginOS 6 brings a smoother, cleaner interface and better system performance, replacing Funtouch OS across both brands.
