Subject: Request for Android 15 Update Confirmation for iQOO Neo 6

Dear iQOO Customer Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request clarification regarding the Android OS update roadmap for my device, the iQOO Neo 6.

At the time of purchase, it was officially communicated that the iQOO Neo 6 would receive three years of Android version updates. My device originally shipped with Android 12 and has since been updated to Android 14. Based on the promised update cycle, the next major version should be Android 15, which would complete the three-year OS update commitment.

As a long-time iQOO Neo series fan, I truly appreciate your brand’s dedication to delivering powerful performance and regular software enhancements. I am eagerly waiting for the Android 15 update and would appreciate confirmation regarding whether it is planned for the iQOO Neo 6.

If possible, please share an estimated rollout timeline or any official statement regarding this update.
