I purchased an iQOO Neo 10 (12+256 GB) in September 2025, and I’ve been facing several issues with the device.

Please find the details below:

- The device occasionally turns off and restarts automatically.

- Experiencing slowness and frequent hanging during regular use.

- The fingerprint sensor sometimes fails to work properly.

- When playing New State Mobile, the device becomes laggy and unresponsive after gameplay.

- The overall OS performance feels sluggish.

* Kindly look into these issues and provide a fix or necessary update.

Note: The device has ample free storage and no third-party apps installed.
