1.DESIGN

The iQOO 9 Pro has a striking design that offers a wonderful in-hand sensation in addition to its attractive appearance. The model that was lent to me features the same classic BMW colour scheme as the original iQOO 7 Legend, but this time, the aesthetics have been improved by A Small Centre Punch Hole  notch thanks to a carbon fibre treatment on the white portion of the rear rather than the matte finish that was present on the original model. Although I haven't got chance to seen the dark cruise colour choice, which is black with a carbon fibre finish, But it looks good on images.

In the design, a metal frame is sandwiched between two sheets of glass. According to the manufacturer, the design was influenced by motorsport, as seen in The Picture.

The iQOO 9 Pro features a tonne of I/O choices, to be specific. Under the display, there is a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint reader. Since the sensor's surface area has expanded, it now operates extremely quickly.

Along with the volume rockers, the power button is situated on the right edge and is coated in blue to stand out. The bottom side has a SIM tray, Type-C connector, and speaker grille, while the left edge is empty. The IR sensor and a microphone are on top. Another stereo speaker system is concealed by the device's earpiece.

2.DISPLAY

A 6.78-inch E5 AMOLED dual-curved display with 2K resolution and LTPO technology serves as the iQOO 9 Pro's window to the outside world. High 120Hz refresh rates are adaptable and can be lowered as necessary. A high refresh rate ensures smooth scrolling while the touch sampling rate of 300Hz ensures the touch is incredibly responsive.

The device is made of Gorilla Glass 5 on the front and smudge-resistant matte glass on the rear which minimizes fingerprints and gave it protection. 

3.BATTERY

The large 4700mAh battery within the iQOO 9 Pro smartphone is a significant improvement over the 4000mAh batteries found in its predecessors. The battery life will differ for you based on the type and volume of usage you have. The phone readily lasted all day for a moderate user with a brief gaming session.

The phone's 120W fast charging capability is a godsend because it allows the gadget to be fully charged in just 18 minutes. Your smartphone will be fully charged by the time you bath 😅

4.CAMERA

The camera setup's user interface is quite conventional, with the preview, shutter, and camera control located at the bottom. Toggle switches are available to activate several modes, including HDR, super macro, stabilisation, etc. Other video modes include Dual video, Slo-mo, Time Lapse Pro, Night mode, and Portrait mode. The primary camera's gimbal stabilisation allows it to capture stable films and crisp images of moving objects like a sprinting dog etc .

5. PERFORMANCE

Smartphone is  powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC . The new chipset has a maximum clock speed of 3GHz and is constructed utilising a 4nm production method. It is paired with an Adreno 730 GPU in iQOO 9 Pro. It features an internal storage capacity of up to 256GB and up to 12GB RAM. Virtual RAM enables a 4GB RAM expansion. There isn't much that iQOO 9 Pro can't do in terms of performance. Daily multitasking with apps, playing games, or mobile photo editing is a breeze.

During gaming sessions, the SoC's quick speed and faultless performance can be seen. similar to BGMI , COD.

6.UI

In terms of software, the phone comes pre-installed with FunTouch OS 12, which is based on Android 12. With low bloatware and fewer system software, it provides a nearly pristine user interface. The UI interface includes choices for improved privacy and customisation, and third-party apps can be uninstalled. At this pricing point, pre-installed bloatware might bother some people, but it's still better than what many other phones have. Receiving notifications from the default browser is even more bothersome, so if you want a hassle-free experience, disable them as well. On the IQOO 9 Pro, the firm has promised two Android OS updates.
