Iqoo neo 9 pro Battery drain issue.

I bought this device on 2024 may. Now my battery health status is 91% within 1 year 4 months of usage. And I cannot play BGMI for more than 2 hours, it drains battery too fast. Even normal usage also not good. It give screen time within 4.5 hrs only for normal usage. Previously it used to give more than 7 hours. And health percentage also draining too fast like each month it got loss 1%.
Most importantly, my mobile phone getting too much heat in normal conditions. Unlike other phones, I can't use my device in outside. It getting hot so easily.
pls, IQOO support team give some update to solve this issue, or if this is battery issue, pls give me replacement. Thank you.
