Hello iQOO team,

I recently purchased the iQOO Neo 10, and while overall performance is excellent, there’s a serious issue with camera quality on Snapchat and Instagram.

Both apps show:

Noticeably more noise and grain, especially in low light

Blurry / softened front camera output

Colors look washed-out compared to stock camera app

Detail loss in Instagram Reels and Snapchat videos

It seems these apps are not using the native camera API (HAL3) yet, which affects real-time clarity and exposure.

Please push a camera optimization update or work with Snapchat & Instagram to enable native camera processing for the iQOO Neo 10.

It will really help creators and regular users who rely on these apps daily.
