Greetings to you.

I would like to bring to your attention an important concern regarding software updates. The iQOO Neo 7 was launched with Android 13 and was promised two years of major Android upgrades, similar to the iQOO Z7. Recently, the iQOO Neo 7 has received (or is confirmed to receive) Android 16 with Origin OS 6, which is really appreciated.

However, the iQOO Z7 5G, which was also released with Android 13 and had the same upgrade promise, has not yet been confirmed for Android 16 / Origin OS 6. This makes many users, including myself, feel disappointed and left out.

We also want to enjoy the new features and improved experience of Origin OS 6. Therefore, it is my humble request to please consider providing the Android 16 + Origin OS 6 update for the iQOO Z7 5G.

We trust iQOO for performance and user experience, and we hope you value your users equally across all models.
