Epic Games and Tarantino's team-up hinted at in new Kill Bill trailer

Fortnite's mysterious upcoming collaboration that involves director Quentin Tarantino will include, at the very least, the addition of Kill Bill's Pussy Wagon to the battle royale game. A teaser for that unusual crossover was included as part of a trailer for Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, the upcoming re-release of Tarantino's two-part martial arts revenge epic.

Epic and Tarantino's teaser for the Kill Bill/Fortnite crossover lasts just a single frame in the Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair trailer, but it clearly hints at the iconic vehicle's arrival in the game.

But since Fortnite is a kid-friendly game, it appears the Pussy Wagon, the bright yellow Chevy Silverado previously owned by the sadistic Buck, won't actually feature the words "Pussy Wagon" on it. Instead, it features a picture of Fortnite character Meowscle's head next to the word "wagon." Close enough! (The movie's PSY WGN license plate has also been updated to read MEO WGN.)

Fortnite's collab with Tarantino — and actor Uma Thurman, apparently — will be revealed later this month, by Nov. 29 at the latest, based on a teaser released this week. That's just one week before the theatrical release of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair, which will be widely released on Dec. 5.

Kill Bill was released across two volumes in 2003 and 2004 to accommodate its four-hour running time. The combined Whole Bloody Affair version eliminates the first volume's cliffhanger ending and the recap that opens the second, and includes a largely unseen 7-and-a-half-minute animated sequence, making the cut a rare treat for longtime fans. Select theaters will screen the film in 70 mm and 35 mm formats.
