I’m facing severe battery backup issues on my iQOO Neo 7 even after updating to the latest version PD2238F_EX_A_15.2.21.0.W30. I recently replaced the battery because the SOT dropped to around 3 hours, but even after a week of usage, the issue still persists exactly the same.
This problem has been happening for months, and it’s very clear now that the battery drain is due to poor software optimisation, not hardware. Many users are reporting similar issues, and it’s disappointing that it continues without a proper fix.
We strongly request—and expect—iQOO to address this with a serious and immediate optimisation update. Users shouldn’t have to replace batteries and still suffer the same problem. This needs to be corrected without further delay.
