I have used three iQOO phones till now. When I bought the iQOO Z7, it felt good at that time — the camera and everything else were fine. Then I bought the iQOO 7 Pro, and later I purchased the iQOO Z9s (8GB/256GB).

But recently, something very strange happened. I was holding the phone in my hand during a video call, and suddenly the entire display of my iQOO fell off onto the floor.

At that moment, I thought maybe some WhatsApp filter got activated — the screen appeared to be on the ground for a second — and then I realized the display had actually come off and broken.

The surprising part is that I am also using a Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, which I purchased around 2018. It still works perfectly — camera, performance, everything is fine. That phone has fallen so many times, yet its display never came off even once.

But with iQOO, the display just dropped out on its own.

Why does iQOO embarrass its customers like this? Such poor manufacturing quality — this is too much. I was waiting for the iQOO 15 launch, but now I’ve changed my mind. I will never buy an iQOO phone again.

Even my iQOO 9s, which is only 5 months old, has such a poor camera quality that it’s beyond disappointing. I will never purchase an iQOO device again in my life.
