Stepping inside the iQOO factory felt like entering the heartbeat of innovation, where every component, every circuit, every design choice comes together to create a device that millions will hold in their hands. Today wasn’t just a tour it was a journey that traced the evolution of the iQOO Neo 10 R from raw silicon to a fully formed smartphone.
Our first stop was the chipset section, the real powerhouse of the Neo 10 R. Watching engineers handle wafers that would eventually become the brain of the device was surreal. The precision, the cleanliness, and the seriousness of the environment showed why performance is not just a claim it’s a result of unmatched engineering discipline.
From there, we moved into the motherboard assembly zone. Rows of robotic arms and ultra-fast machines worked in perfect harmony, soldering microscopic components with accuracy humans could only dream of. This is where the Neo 10 R begins to take shape, where speed, stability, and intelligence are wired into its core.
The camera module section was another masterpiece. Tiny lenses, sensors, stabilizers each one calibrated with laser-level perfection. Seeing the birth of the camera that will later capture our memories made me appreciate every shot we take just a little more.
Then came one of the most fascinating stages the display bonding area. Huge machines gently placing the screens, ensuring zero dust interference and absolute alignment. The Neo 10 R’s stunning display doesn’t just happen; it’s crafted with patience, temperature control, and layers of testing.
The assembly line was a moment of magic. Frame fitting, button placement, speaker integration piece by piece, the Neo 10 R transformed from components into a recognizable smartphone. Watching a device come alive in front of us felt like witnessing creation in slow motion.
Quality testing was another chapter of its own. Cameras checking for micro-scratches, robots bending the device, drop machines simulating thousands of falls, and humans doing final visual inspection every unit goes through a series of challenges before it earns the right to be called iQOO.
During our 30-minute break, we got the chance to explore the amazing playing area inside the iQOO facility. From fun arcade setups to gaming corners filled with energy, it was the perfect spot to relax, recharge, and experience the playful side of the iQOO ecosystem.
Finally, seeing the packaging line was oddly satisfying. Fresh, flawless Neo10R units sliding into boxes, sealed and ready to reach users across the country. From chipset to full device, the journey completes here but for every user, it begins the moment they unbox it.
Walking out of the factory, I realized one thing clearly iQOO doesn’t just build devices they build experiences powered by science, precision, and passion. Every Neo 10 R is a story told through engineering excellence.
And today, I got to witness that story unfold right before my eyes step by step, layer by layer, innovation by innovation. A truly unforgettable factory tour that deepened my respect for the technology we carry every day.
