Palindrome

A word, phrase, or series that can be read both forward and backward.

  • Word A ↔ Word A is the rule.
  •  For instance:
  1. Racecar ↔ Racecar
  2. Madam ↔ Madam
  3. Kayak ↔ Kayak

Emordnilap

A word that, when spelled backwards, sounds different.

  • Word A ↔ Word B is the rule.
  • For instance:
  1.   Desserts ↔Stressed
  2. Repaid ↔ Diaper
  3. Star ↔Rats

It should be noted that "Emordnilap" is simply "Palindrome" spelled backwards.
