PUBG Mobile Esports 2026 roadmap: PMGO, PMWC, and PMGC announced

Level Infinite and Krafton have announced the 2026 PUBG Mobile Esports roadmap. Four global tournaments will be played next year, and the publisher has removed Super League (PMSL) events. Furthermore, over 30 National Championships will be held in various regions in 2026.

During the opening day of the PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2025 final, the publisher announced the structure and roadmap for the 2026 season. The company also revealed the locations and prize pool for all four global tournaments of 2026.

The publishers will host two seasons of PUBG Mobile Global Open (PMGO) 2026, each featuring a $500,000 prize pool. Teams for each season will be selected from the national and regional qualifiers. Many teams will be invited directly to the national and regional qualifiers based on their performances in 2025.

PMGO 2026 Season 1 will be held in Southeast Asia,

while Season 2 will be conducted in Pakistan. This is the latter country's first international PUBG Mobile Esports tournament.

The World Cup (PMWC) 2026 will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Similar to its previous two editions, the next World Cup will feature a $3 million prize pool. Teams from around the globe will compete for the prestigious title.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship (PMGC) 2026 will be held in Turkey. The 2023 edition of the championship was also played in the same country. The tournament will boast a huge prize pool of $3 million, the same as its previous three iterations.

The publishers introduced PUBG Mobile Super League (PMSL) in 2023. The Super League replaced the Pro League in all regions and was a major regional tournament. However, PMSL events will not be organized in 2026. The National Championship (PMNC) will be held next year in all competitive regions.

The top 16 teams from around the world are currently competing in the Grand Finals of the Global Championship (PMGC) 2025 in Thailand. The finals kicked off on December 12 and will conclude on December 14, 2025. With the competition of the final, the 2025 season of the PUBG Mobile Esports will also wrap up.
