Yes it's correct.

The 38-year-old is currently on a meet-and-greet trip in India, and since there isn't a club or international game in these three days, Messi won't play a full-fledged match the reason being  Insurance  played a significant role in this choice.

Messi reportedly has one of the costliest sport insurance policies in the world. The left foot is reportedly insured for up to $900 million ( approx 8,000 Crs  Rs) and it doesn't allow & cover any exhibition games.
