Dear iQOO Support Team,



I am writing to report a serious and ongoing battery drain issue on my iQOO 13



To be very clear:

👉 We are NOT asking for OriginOS.

👉 We are only requesting a proper software update to fix issues from your side.



Currently, the battery performance is unacceptable. My phone goes from 100% to 0% with barely 3 hours of screen-on time, even with normal usage. This is far below what was advertised and expected from a device like the iQOO 13







Without n28 band support, aggressive 5G network power behavior is pointless and only results in excessive battery drain.





I have already:



Optimized all battery settings



Disabled unnecessary background apps



Checked developer options



Used the phone carefully





Yet the battery drain persists, which strongly suggests a software optimization problem, not user misuse.



It is disappointing that instead of fixing basic issues like battery performance, users are being pushed toward discussions about OS changes. At least fix the problems in the current system first.

Screen-on Time: Only ~3 hours (100% → 0%)





I request the iQOO development team to:



Acknowledge this issue



Release a stable update focused on battery optimization



Provide a clear response instead of generic troubleshooting steps





I hope iQOO values its existing users and takes this feedback seriously.
