UPI payments are NOT actually handled by Paytm, Google Pay, PhonePe, or BharatPe.
They are just the front-end apps. The real handling is done by banks + NPCI.

2️⃣ Banks – The Money Movers
Your money never sits in Paytm/GPay/PhonePe
