vivo has revealed a few new details about the upcoming iQOO Neo 7 smartphone. Coming by way of Weibo teasers, we learned that the iQOO Neo 7 will have a 6.78-inch Samsung E5 AMOLED with a 120Hz refresh rate and a Pro+ display chip for smarter power consumption management and stable framerates during gaming.
Camera-wise the iQOO Neo 7 will have a 50MP Sony IMX766V main camera paired with a couple of lenses, likely for ultrawide and macro abilities. Rumor has it there's a 16MP camera on the front.
The iQOO Neo 7 will include a 5,000mAh battery with 120W charging support. And, being a gaming phone, vivo has confirmed that the iQOO Neo 7 will have liquid cooling. It will help the Dimensity 9000+ run to its potential.
Vivo will unveil the iQOO Neo 7 at an event in China on October 20. Expect a variety of colors and memory and RAM configurations - 8/128GB, 8/256GB, and 12/256GB.
The iQOO Neo7 is ready to launch on October 20 and more details about the device are starting to appear. The latest confirmed specs include the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ chipset and an independent display chipset dubbed Pro+ which should help lower power consumption and keep stable frame rates during games. Dimensity 9000+ is MediaTek’s flagship offering at the moment and was also seen on the Asus ROG Phone 6D duo.
