Hello iQOO Fans!

As we transition from Funtouch OS to the all-new OriginOS 6, we want to ensure that every eligible user gets to experience the new "Smooth Engine" and AI features. While the stable rollout has already begun for several batches, we understand some of you are still waiting for the OTA (Over-The-Air) notification.

If you are currently using the iQOO Neo 10 or iQOO Neo 10R and have not yet received the OriginOS 6 update, please follow the steps below to register your interest.

📝 How to Register

To help the technical team track pending devices and push the update to your handset, please fill out the official feedback/registration form:

1. Go to: OriginOS6 form 
2. Provide: Your Device Model, IMEI (optional/as requested), and few details 

Procedures for Installing OriginOS 6

1. Await Server-Side Authorization

After form submission, the system must whitelist your IMEI or Account ID. This process typically takes a few business days. You will not receive a notification via SMS; instead, you must manually check the update server.

2. Manual Update Check

To verify if the package has been pushed to your device:

• Navigate to Settings.
• Select System Update.
• Tap the Settings Gear Icon (top right corner) and select "Trial Version" or "Early Access".
• If your registration has been processed, the OriginOS 6 package will appear here for download.

⚠️ Important Notes

No Specific Timeline: Please note that there is no fixed date for every individual device. Updates are pushed in "gray-scale" batches to ensure system stability.

Release Status: The team is working to release the update to all remaining users asap.

Preparation: Before installing, ensure your phone has at least 50% battery and 10GB of free storage, as this is a major OS transition (approx. 3–5GB download).
