Hi iQOO Team and Community,
I have been using the iQOO 13, which I purchased in January 2025, for almost a year now. Overall, I am quite happy with the device. The camera quality, media performance, battery life, and general performance have been really good, and I truly appreciate the value the phone offers.
However, over the last two months, I’ve started facing an issue related to sound and speaker performance:
The speaker output is not clear and produces an echo-like sound.
During calls, both incoming and outgoing audio clarity are affected.
The volume levels feel inconsistent and lower than expected.
The sound experience overall has degraded compared to earlier usage.
I understand that volume/speaker issues have been reported by other users as well, so I wanted to check if this is a known issue and whether there is any software update, fix, or service recommendation available.
Apart from this audio issue, I’m genuinely satisfied with the phone and would love to get this sorted so I can continue enjoying the device fully.
