I preordered the new iqoo 15 and got it deliverd on 7th of december and after a day i noticed that when i am opening any application with fingeprint lock using app encryption the application gets stuck for 5 seconds and i am unable to scroll down for that time period ,i raise the issue with their kolkata astra tower service centre and they checked the issue and told me that it might be the issue with this particular handset and they gave me a replacement and when i started using the replacement product again the same issue started occuring and i had to visit their service centre again for this issue ,they have been giving me dates but absolutely no resolution they have given ,they gave me this mobile number 8336969716 and asked me to talk to them ,i called the number and i explained all the issues and the mental and physical hassle i had to go through just because of this product and simply asked them to refund my money as the product is faulty and not fit for use ,the representative in return shouted at me and said that they will not at all issue a refund even if the product is faulty and they are giving me excuses like it is application software issues and indirectly threatening me that they will not resolve the issue and will have to stick by the same defective product or else they will give me a handset in replacement even if i dont want that anymore......i am getting absolutely harrased by iqoo and vivo for a month now and i urge everyone to think ten times before buying an iqoo product ...i am left with absolutely no solution to my problem and my hard earned money is stuck with this company ......i am really disheartened by the conduct of their service centres and iqoo towards a customer who purchased their product with all the good faith and invested his trust in their product ...
