Hello Support Team,
I am contacting you regarding an incompatibility issue between my smartphone and the Mobvoi Health application.
I am using an iQOO 15 running Android (latest available system update).
Although Google Play Store and Google Play Services are installed, my device is marked as “Not Play Protect certified” in the Google Play Store settings.
Because of this, Mobvoi Health refuses to run, displaying the following message:
“Mobvoi Health cannot run on an unsupported version of Google Play Services (GMS).
The application requires Android 8.0 or higher with Google Play Store and Google Play Services (GMS) preinstalled.”
As a result, I am unable to pair and use my TicWatch Pro 5 / Pro 5 Enduro, even though the device meets the Android version requirements.
I would like to know:
Whether there is an official way to enable or restore Google Play Protect certification on the iQOO 15.
Whether a firmware update, regional ROM, or official GMS certification is planned or available.
If this device is officially unsupported, despite having Google services installed.
At the moment, this limitation completely prevents the use of the smartwatch, which is a blocking issue.
Thank you for your clarification and guidance.
Kind regards,
