Hello iQOO Team and Fellow iQOO Users,

I am posting this as a concerned and loyal iQOO Z7 Pro user.

Recently, it was announced that the iQOO Neo 7 and Neo 7 Pro will receive their third major OS update (OriginOS 6 based on Android 16) — even though these devices were originally promised only two major OS updates and were launched before the Z7 Pro.

While I am genuinely happy for Neo 7 users, this news has left many Z7 Pro users feeling disappointed and ignored. The Z7 Pro is a newer device, with capable hardware and strong performance, and it is more than capable of running the latest OriginOS.

For many of us, buying a smartphone is a long-term investment, not something we replace every year. An additional OS update would significantly improve the device’s lifespan, security, and overall user experience.

We respectfully request the iQOO team to extend the same software support to the iQOO Z7 Pro and include it in the OriginOS 6 update roadmap, just as you have done for the Neo 7 series.

We chose iQOO because we trusted the brand. We truly hope iQOO will listen to its Z7 Pro users and stand by us.
