Customer service often decides how much we truly trust a brand. Specs, performance, and design matter, but what happens after you buy the phone matters just as much. Recently, I visited a Vivo & iQOO Authorised Service Centre to get a phone cover for my iQOO 15 and the experience honestly exceeded my expectations.
The moment I entered the service centre, everything felt organised and well thought out. Instead of standing in a queue or filling out forms, I was guided to generate a token number via a QR code placed at the entrance. A quick scan, a few taps and my token was generated seamlessly.
From there, it was simply a matter of waiting until my token number appeared on the digital display.
What stood out immediately was the real-time status screen. It didn't just show token numbers, it also displayed the progress of devices being repaired on the spot. This level of transparency really helps manage expectations and reduces the usual service-centre anxiety of “How long will this take?”
