Day 2 of the BGIS 2026 The Grind was played on January 22. Teams from Groups C and D played three matches. Both groups have participated in 18 games in the past six days, and will contest in their remaining six matches in the next two days of Week 2. Based on their performances, teams from these groups will achieve a spot in the next stage of the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) 2026.

In Group C, Revenant XSpark remained in the first position with 170 points. LEFP came second On the scoreboard with 160 points. Troy and God For Reason scored 152 and 151 points, respectively. FS and Vasista took 136 and 134 points, respectively. Versatile has scored 115 points. Medal Esports has accumulated only 18 points in ITS 18 games of the BGIS 2026 The Grind.

In Group D, LHS is first in the overall standings with 169 points. Team Alpha finished second with 166 points. Esports Social and Phoenix have claimed 149 and 119 points, respectively. Gravity and Evolution Mizoram garnered 74 and 73 points, respectively.

Match 1 - Rondo - Group C

LEFP emerged victorious with 24 points in the first game of the day. God For Reason played aggressively and earned 17 points, including 16 kills. Vasista and Altitude garnered 16 points each. Troy grabbed 12 points.

Match 2 - Erangel - Group C

LEFP registered its second consecutive win with 15 points. God For Reason added 22 crucial points to its name. FS and Revenanat XSpark achieved 14 and 10 points, respectively. Troy secured nine points.

Match 3 - Erangel - Group C

JUX acquired a brilliant 17-point victory. Troy had another good game as the side captured 14 points. Rider and Eggy managed 11 and nine points to their respective names. Revenant XSpark and Versatile took six points each.

Match 4 - Erangel - Group D

Gravity earned its first Chicken Dinner of the BGIS 2026 The Grind with 14 points. Meta Ninza also did well and secured 11 important points. Genxfm and Esports Social accumulated nine and eight points, respectively.

Match 5 - Miramar - Group D

Team Alpha displayed astonishing performances and clinched a 19-point Chicken Dinner. Mysterious4 garnered 14 points. Team Insane picked up 12 important points. Evolution and Likitha gained eight points each.

Match 6 - Miramar - Group D

Team Alpha won the last game of Day 2 of the BGIS 2026 The Grind with 27 points. Mysterious4 and Bot Army got 13 points each. LHS ensured eight points, while Team Insane and Meta Ninza achieved seven points each.
