Following my previous logs, I have captured a definitive comparison. My iQOO 13 renders 8K HDR OLED demos perfectly (proving the hardware is healthy), but the System UI instantly fails to render Gaussian blur on the notification shade, reverting to a solid block.

This 'Instant Fallback' proves a DDIC/System UI handshake mismatch with this replacement panel. I am attaching the recording from today showing this rendering failure.

I am waiting for the W31/W40 calibration patches before any further service visits. Please ensure the R&D team uses these new visuals to whitelist my IMEI for the fix.
