Detailed Observation:

I am reporting a severe functional defect on my iQOO 13 following an official screen replacement. As seen in the attached screen recordings, the system-wide Gaussian Blur (transparency) is completely failing to render. Instead of translucent overlays in apps like YouTube and system menus, the display shows solid, jagged black blocks that make text unreadable. This is happening at 100% brightness, proving it is not a 'normal' low-light OLED characteristic but a fundamental DDIC calibration mismatch between the software and the new panel. I have already provided four technical logs (544430, 547448, 550486, 551197) and an NCH Docket (8624538). If the next patch (W31/W40) does not resolve this UI corruption, I will be requesting a full handset replacement as the service center has failed to restore the device to its flagship functional standards."
