🪄 Step-by-Step Guide to Backup WhatsApp to Google Drive


1️⃣ Open WhatsApp

Launch the WhatsApp app on your Android phone.


2️⃣ Go to Settings

Tap the three dots (⋮) in the top-right corner and select Settings.


3️⃣ Tap Chats

Inside settings, select Chats.


4️⃣ Select Chat Backup

Scroll down and tap Chat Backup.


5️⃣ Choose Google Account

Under Google Drive settings, select the Google account you want to use for the backup.


6️⃣ Set Backup Frequency

Choose how often you want automatic backups:

Daily

Weekly

Monthly

Only when you tap “Back up”


7️⃣ Tap “Back Up”

Press Back Up to start saving your chats to Google Drive. 📂


WhatsApp will now store your messages, photos, videos, and other media safely in your Google account.
