iQOO 15 Video & Camera Processing: Oversaturated & Over-contrasted

Hi everyone,

I’m posting this to bring serious attention to the camera and video processing on the new iQOO 15. As you can see from the comparison image I’ve attached (iQOO 15 vs. iQOO 13), the iQOO 15 is aggressively over-saturating colors and pushing the contrast way too high. When you're trying to shoot videos or create content, this aggressive processing completely ruins the natural look, especially when it comes to skin tones and shadows.

I've already reached out to iQOO Care about this, and their response was incredibly frustrating. They guided me to reset my camera settings, which I did, but the issue remained exactly the same. After that didn't work, they claimed that the colors and skin tones are "perfectly natural," denied seeing any defect, and told me to visit a service center because they suspect it's a "hardware issue."

Here is why that makes no sense:

I went out of my way to test other iQOO 15 display models/devices, and *every single one of them* has this exact same issue. If this is truly a hardware defect, then it means the entire iQOO 15 lineup has faulty hardware. But let's be real—this is very clearly a software and image-tuning issue that can (and should) be fixed with an OTA camera update.

To the iQOO reps and moderators reading this: Please pass this feedback directly to the software development and camera tuning team. We need an update to dial back the contrast and saturation for a more natural profile.

And please, do not leave a generic reply telling me to "connect with iQOO Care" or "visit the nearest service center." I have already done that, and I'm posting here because the standard support channels are misdiagnosing a widespread software tuning problem as a localized hardware fault.

Has anyone else noticed this intense contrast/saturation on their iQOO 15 videos? Let's get this noticed so they actually

push out a fix!
