When it comes to our smartphones, after-sales support is just as important as the device itself.


We all know the standard drill when visiting a iQOO service center : you take a token number and wait for a few minutes depending on the queue that day.


But honestly- My experience has almost always been incredibly smooth and fast.

I've personally visited several iQOO service centers, including :

  • 📍 Lajpat Nagar (South Delhi)
  • 📍 Dwarka (West Delhi)
  • 📍 E-Mall Service Centre (Central Kolkata)


Every time I walk in to discuss an issue, the staffs greets me warmly🙏🏻.

Then paperwork takes barely 5 minutes! Even for major issues that might take an hour to resolve, you can clearly see the staffs are absolute experts in their domain.

No matter how crowded the service center gets, the team always tries to fix your device as quickly as possible.

The waiting experience is also great. The centers are spacious with comfortable seating arrangements.


They actively provide free refreshments while you wait, including coffee, tea, water, snacks, and cookies! ☕🍪

Are there other perks on Service Days? Absolutely! You get a 10% discount on accessories, and there are zero labor charges.


If a service center happens to be closed on any of these dates, you can still avail of the services on the remaining days.

iQOO utilizes a massive network of 650+ authorized service centres across the country.

That is an average of one service center in every district! It really goes to show how strong and reliable their after-sales network is.

💡Personal Verdict :

Over the last 5 years, I have used iQOO Z3, NEO 6 & currently NEO 10R devices as my daily driver. They have been rock solid—I've never faced any difficult problems like green lines or dead motherboard issue with iQOO.

My visits have mostly been for minor things like back covers, and the service has always been top-notch.


I can proudly say that when you purchase an iQOO device, you never have to doubt the performance, battery, or after-sales service.
