I’m honestly very disappointed with the customer support experience for my iQOO 15. Every time I reach out, it feels like the representatives are just reading from a script rather than actually understanding the issue. There’s a clear lack of technical knowledge, especially when it comes to the camera.
I specifically raised a concern about the camera performance, but instead of properly analyzing it or escalating it to the software team, I keep getting generic and pointless responses that don’t solve anything.
To explain clearly: when I compare video screenshots from the front and rear cameras under the exact same lighting conditions, the skin tone appears extremely unnatural. This is not a minor difference—it’s very noticeable and affects the overall quality.
This is clearly a software/image processing issue, and it needs to be reviewed by the relevant technical team instead of being dismissed with basic troubleshooting steps.
Please take this seriously and escalate it to the software/camera team for proper investigation. I expect a real solution, not scripted replies.
